  My family moved here from Washington a year ago and we have been to several hospitals/doctors over the last several months for different reasons and have always left unsatisfied. My boyfriend had a motorcycle crash and had severe road rash in which the hospital he went to didn't even treat him so after being let down so many times my hopes of being treated right were not very high. We walked into West Point Medical Center 3 days after his crash to have them look at his wounds and re-wrap them since his own doctor's office wouldn't answer the phone. We were very satisfied with West Point Medical to say the least. Intake process with Rafael was painless and didn't take too long considering it was an urgent care clinic. When we were finally seen, we weren't left in a room for hours. Given that it was Raj's last shift before leaving town for a while, you'd think he'd be in a hurry, but he took the time to carefully look at the wounds and redress and offered for us to come back to redress the wounds if we needed. Bridget and the ex-tern JB were also very helpful and we definitely didn't even feel like we were in a urgent care clinic. All were very friendly and made this visit very painless and definitely will be back if we ever have to ,hopefully not though...no more accidents! Thank you West Point Medical Center!!
